Honestly I’m so disappointed. This is the 2nd time I’ve had LVL here and I don’t be back. I had a different therapist and she was really rough, my eyes were stinging so badly at the end and I couldn’t figure out why. It wasn’t until I actually properly opened my eyes after an hour of having them stuck closed that o realised she’d been rubbing my eyes with baby wipes!!!! They are not designed for the delicate eye area and I’m so shocked that somewhere like this doesn’t use one of the thousands of other products available that are great for eyes.
