Booked an eyebrow tint and wax and had very little consultation over preference.
Regarding the tint, I made it clear several times that I didn't want it too dark (given I went in with very blonde eyebrows) however the lady insisted it was fine when I was concerned how long the tint was on. The result was far too dark, and when I expressed disappointed her reaction was that she is used to/prefers dark eyebrows.
The wax itself was pretty aggressive and has left me with redness/ inflammation even 5 days later. It was also done before the tint was applied which clearly made it difficult to achieve the right shape, given how light my eyebrows were initially.
I really wanted to like this place but sadly more effort has been put into the quality of the aesthetics rather than the service.
