It took me a while to write this review as I hate leaving negative reviews. I had been to Naked Hare before for the same treatment (LVL lash lift) and loved the results and the experience. This last time was very different. I had a different therapist who seemed new and although the majority of the treatment went well, when it came time to remove the product, some got in my eyes and it burned intensely. the therapist did try to help as best she could to remove the product, but it was really painful and took a while to diminish. It made my eyes water and tear up which obviously isn't great after having just had LVL. I then realised that my lower lashes were all scrunched up on one side, and that lasted until they grew out - so my lower lashes on that side looked really silly whilst my upper lashes looked great. I would come back but would call ahead to make sure I'm booking with an experienced therapist.
