Decent technique but poor communication skills, made it feel awkward and uncomfortable - they didn't even introduce themselves and just went straight to waxing and was impatient when waiting for the wax to dry. I was left with alot of stray hairs and they did not prep the skin either, very disappointed overall.

I’ve only had a few waxes before I came here so I was quite nervous. There was no need though! I’ve now been coming regularly every 6-8 weeks or so and I’ve probably had waxes from most members of staff all of which are very professional and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!
