Initially the whole experience of getting my eyelashes lifted and tinted was great and the therapist was lovely!
This was my second time coming back as my first time was a great success!
However, on this occasion I noticed over the next few days one eye has considerably less of a lift than the other eye and that eyelash started to become messy, curly and overlap, A few days later the lift had gone down quite a bit on both lashes as though If I didn't get it done!
Maybe this is an odd experience however I've had many lash lifts in a number of places and this hasn't happened before.

I’m slightly disappointed after my visit - I came here for my lash lift due to a recommendation from my friend who received a head massage during her treatment (something I’d also seen in previous reviews), the whole treatment in a dimly lit room & a head massage during her treatment - which I feel justified the price (as you would normally pay around £50 for LVL - I’ve had this treatment done several times) however for my visit I got no head massage & the room was very brightly lit, I am happy with the results which is why I would still give 4* I just think they should give the same treatment to everyone. Overall it is a shame as I am happy with my lashes but I don’t think it’s worth the price for what you get so it is unlikely I’ll return.
