End finish was great but it wasn’t the chatty smiley experience as normal and I left with a few nips into my skin which I’ve never had before from threading.

I have recently moved to the area so after reading lots of reviews I decided to make this the first place I’d try waxing in London. Sadly, it was disappointing :( Whilst the quality of the wax was good overall there were a couple of things that could be improved. 1) The lady carrying out my treatment didn’t introduce herself so not sure who she is! 2) Very limited conversation - intimate waxing can be awkward but is always made better by a therapist who chats and keeps you occupied! Sadly my therapist was very quiet and made next to no conversation which made me feel a little on edge. 3) I have had waxing before but the therapist didn’t ask me this - if this was my first time I would have liked to know the process etc 4) Similarly, absolutely no after care instructions were given - at my previous salon I was given a list of things to not do after waxing but wasn’t told any of that here. 5) At the beginning of my treatment she left me to get undressed but then came back in pretty quickly without knocking when I wasn’t ready - felt a bit uncomfortable! 6) I was also left with some glue on my legs - of course this happens but when the prices are on the hefty side I would have expected just a bit better service.

Very happy with the service overall. I was initially a bit worried as the lady said at the start she couldn't guarantee much lift but I've always had great results with LVL elsewhere so this put me on edge for the whole time I was having it done (hence 4 stars instead of 5!). Thankfully they came out great. It's not the most relaxing place as you can hear people talking etc. from the reception at the front but not really a problem for me. Would go here again.
