The threading was good however the service was not great. I arrived early for my appointment but then waited over 20mins after my appointment before I asked what was taking so long. They got two customers mixed up and gave someone else my slot. I then also got an email to say I'd missed my appointment. I didn't receive an apology for the mix up either.
