Came to get my patch test done the whole team were so lovely,loved the look of the salon and couldn’t wait to get my brows done here.£39 is the most I’ve ever paid. All was well .. until the treatment. The lady who came to do my treatment was very abrupt, no discussions about what type of shape I would like all very vague and she kept squashing my eyeballs when leaning on my eye to wax. The eyes brows are not what I usually like and I felt like I was an inconvenience. Hated that experience

Maggie did my waxing this morning and she was absolutely impeccable , 👌 methodical, efficient, painless and very professional. She finished in only 7 minutes, which was honestly almost unheard of, especially as I had unfortunately managed to be late 😉 Thank you Maggie, a true pro.
