I was kept waiting to have my hair cut once it had been washed as they had issues with laser treatments , so would have preferred them just to tell me first rather than me having to ask especially since i had an appointment elsewhere. But it was all fine and najwan explained everything after issues she was having and my hair looked fab! Thank you 😊

The ladies really understand what you are asking them to do with your hair! They are very professional and are not afraid to say no if the treatment will damage your hair. They have now been my permanent hairdressers and I have trust issues with my hair, so this is saying a lot!!
