My facial was quite rough, it should be more gentle, especially around the eyes. The room was bright and there was no dimmer during the entire treatment - when she used the bright light, she didn't cover my eyes at all so I was practically blinded, even when I asked her to cover them. I've never had a facial like that before, those are basic requirements. Otherwise I was happy with the treatment.
