Lady doing my massage was lovely! I would consider the massage to have been more deep tissue than one of a relaxing nature.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. The therapist seemed to struggle applying the perm to my right eye. As a result my right eyelashes look awful. They have been over processed, are clumped and crossing over and shape is really bad. I also have some swelling and my eye is sore. I’ve never had any of these issues previously in other salons. I called the salon and they said they would call back but didn’t, so now I have clumped and bent lashes and a swollen and red eye 😢

Mish did my eyebrows and I’m pleased with them and she was able to accommodate a last minute waxing too which I hadn’t booked
