The massage was disappointing from start to finish. Nitsa was overbooked and sighed about having another client (me) in front of me. Despite requesting to focus on neck/shoulders knots, the massage was generic and poor; the room was unclean (hairs).

Good second time experience! Lashes well separated, not as lifted as last time but a more natural lift. Could have done with a tad more tint on the lower lashes on my right eye, but that’s me being picky. Would still recommend 🧡
