Spend over £200 here and had the following issues:
- Gel, I paid £60 for pedicure and manicure which did not last 2 days and starts peeling off!
- Blowdry - they asked for £35 without washing or cutting the hair whatsoever, where I have previously paid £45 for a wash, haircut and a blowdry
- Waxing - It seems that Priya had forgotten to put another client on the schedule and therefore did my waxing very fast costing me pain and hair left on my legs;
- Eyebrows tinting - made uneven

My first visit here as recently moved to the area and will definitely go back. Really happy with the results and staff were welcoming and friendly. They have stuck to the government guidelines and the place felt very clean and safe.
