The manicure was done poorly and I was left with many bits of cuticle sticking out that I noticed after because she used oil after the manicure. Also a few of the nails were filed wonky. The nail polish was applied in an uneven fashion and a lot of it was under my cuticles and looked messy. I saw good reviews online but am confused by the good reviews on this place as it did not feel like my manicure was done by a professional.

This is my new go to place for beauty!! Really good customer service! Very positive atmosphere as well even though we are living tough times.
Got the best haircut I have had in London, thanks to Priya! Lovely layers :) :) Priya really listened to what I wanted and she took her time for the perfect haircut.
And my nails look awesome. I was so happy to finally have my nails done with proper care, rather than speeding up the process. Nishta really spent good time tidying up before applying colour. For both manicure and pedicure. And in the end the massage was super welcomed, exactly what I needed after a day of work :)
I will definitely be back, thank you so much for the great service.
