- overbooked so treatment was 15 minutes late
- said ‘ooooo’ when started the Hollywood wax which was just very uncomfortable
- seemed really aggressive with the waxing, I have a feeling I’m going to bruise

Always nervous about having waxing but Priya was so lovely and does an amazing job! No left over hair or wax, and hardly any pain! Really happy and will be booking Priya again!!! Everyone that works here is always so lovely.
