I had booked specifically with Fiona, as I always have a great, relaxing experience with her. This time I was assigned to someone else without notice. Although the final result is not bad (except some polish left on my skin), the service felt rushed and impersonal. The appointment ended much earlier than scheduled, and I felt like I was inconveniencing the technician. I also felt uncomfortable being asked to prove my prepayment.
