Unfortunately I didn’t go ahead with this treatment (gel pedicure). The website stated you could have a gel pedicure or a shellac pedicure. I messaged the therapist to confirm what brand they used and they responded stating the used shellac. In a following message they said that shellac was the same as a gel polish and was simply a brand of gel polish. However, this isn’t true. Consequently I choose not to use this service as it’s important to me that therapists know their products well and are transparent about them.

Very bad quality extensions. It took and extremely long time. Lashes were not as expected. They were too short. No volume. Nothing to do with Russian volume or even 7D. Most lashes dropped and they look as if I got them done 2 months ago!! Disappointed.
