Honestly really great service first time i went i was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff.And wow the attention to detail 🤍 The second time i made a mistake with my booking and the woman was so helpful and made sure I would still get what I wanted, Im grateful for their patience. They truly understand how customer service is meant to look (they even offer drinks, loyalty cards, discounts), amazing.

very patronising manicurist. was asking simple questions about longevity/what she thought of the condition of my nails and was visibly rolling her eyes & huffing and puffing. seemed unhappy to be there. won’t be returning. table was dusty everywhere
