I don’t think I’ve seen the instruments they use cleaned once between clients. So this is the second time I’ve gone in with fungus on my nails since I started going there and that’s only been 2 months. I don’t like them constantly stopping and doing other things which makes the appointment even longer. On top of all of that, the technician who was working on my nails brought up a private phone call I was on weeks ago. Sis - not your business! Not going back.
The end result is really good, unfortunately it took double the time to do my BIAB infill as I was assigned a new lady, how was not very fluent in BIAB. Once the gentleman saw the result, at the time to pay, he redid it for me.
So plot twist, service recovery well done, I was unhappy but I left happy. So all good. thank you
