I had manicure with shellac, cuticles were not pushed back, hence they are quite dry and rough and they don’t look neat

After finding this place a while back and being impressed with the level of service and quality of service, the 2nd experience shed a different light. My request for not filing down and changing the shape of my nails was ignored, I was then mocked a couple times about the length after it was filed down For BIAB, my cuticles were barely touched, it was like as if I was having just a colour change.
Was hoping to have found a place and become a regular customer, however this place was not it
