My nails looked good but sadly the technician kept cutting/scratching my cuticles which was quite painful and left red scabs all around my nails afterwards

Very disappointed with the gel manicure I received…. The manicure itself and the cleaning of the cuticles was great however, I realise now (one week after my appointment) that my nails were not filed down before applying the gel. The color is peeling off on 4 of my fingers, and my nails look perfectly neat underneath. Shame, as it could have been a great review and experience. I was expecting my nails to look good for at least 2 weeks… although in the past I have had gel stay on for longer
