This was not my most relaxing visit to a nail salon, I have to say. I’m pleased with the manicure itself, but it wasn’t cheap by any stretch so would have expected a calmer experience. The shop was too busy with the staff trying to do too many people at once - the lady before me was moved to make room for me and ended up having her nails painted with the lamp on her lap! I also did not get any cuticle oil or hand cream applied at the end of the treatment, which I would expect for £35.
Minor critique but I had booked SNS nails - the products used were not SNS branded (Pyramid).
The manicure itself is fine, nice and neat, and the technician listened when I said I don’t like the electric nail file being used extensively on my natural nail. I feel like the overall ambience of the shop really let them down on this occasion.

Very pleased with nail infill. They did me a matt finish that is great. Very business-like place, Not much chat, but who needs that on a Sunday morning?
