Asked for a light brown brow tint and ended up black and patchy - done downstairs with poor lighting so only realised how bad when I’d paid and left. Spent a half hour at home scrubbing it off. She didn’t take any product off beforehand and left the tint on for far too long but technician left the room so I couldn’t say anything. I also have a friction burn under my brow from the wax being done incorrectly which is painful and obvious on my skin. Very cheap but you get what you pay for, please please don’t get waxed here!!
