I love this place and Ha made me a gorgeous light pink chrome which I loved! My only complaint is that the last three times this guy has done removal of the old BIAB but this last time, he also did the shaping of the nails which didn't turn out great. Ha then takes over when she has finished up her other client and works her magic. I doubt the guy that does the prep is even a nail tech, he doesn't seem confident at all and the work is not good.. fine to have him just prep but no shaping..
