i’ve never left a bad review in my life for anywhere but if i could rate 0 stars here i would. the male technician was incredibly rude and standoffish. i asked if he may please redo one of the tips that stuck on wonky and he scoffed at me. multiple times i flinched and pulled my hands away in a painful reaction when he was filing roughly around my cuticles and he glared at me like i’d inconvenienced him. he picked at the skin underneath my nails with his bare hands - very unprofessional never ag
