I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this has to be said. The entire experience was messy and painful. To start, in the beginning one of my hands were left soaking for almost 20 minutes. Then my nail tech switched around 4 - 5 times. My nails were then poorly filed, and I received an irritated response for requesting a reshape. To top it all off my nail tech was so rough with my nails I ounced in pain as she pushed my cuticles back and my pinky bled upon leaving the appointment!

I really enjoyed my time there, Ha was very nice and she made me feel at ease when making choices about how I wanted my nails. Side note - they turned out really cute! The atmosphere was lovely, really enjoyed the music and the place was very well kept. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again!
