Excellent service! Removal was well within the projected time frame given when booking the appointment, technician was speedy with the removal but extremely gentle, and the first time in a long time that I have left a nail appointment 100% happy!

I have been coming here every month for the past 2 years and recommending this place to friends, but this time I won't come back - I don't know if they changed management or something, but recently some staff have been exceptionally rude. The technician did not listen to my comments during the session about shape and size, telling me to wait for the end result, and when I said that I didn't like it at the end she said it was "too late" and didn't want to fix it, dismissing me, shouting.
