Booked through this, they don’t provide acrylic nails and haven’t for a year! She said they don’t even have a computer they take bookings through phone I asked about how it’s even on Treatwell then and they can take money I’ve paid 25 pound for a service they don’t provide Not happy, need to try and get my money back

I’m not sure that the lady doing my nails was qualified. Did not get a ‘manicure’ just bad file and gel polish. Gel polish started to peel after just 24 hours! Very disappointed.

Didn’t have Kelly but lady was nice had her before 🙂. 2 nails lifted after 2 days. Been good for 3 weeks in the past.

The company knew nothing of my appointment when I phoned to confirm. The woman I spoke to was very cold and made me feel like a complete inconvenience. She told me she had clients to see so just let her know if I was coming - funnily enough I was not attending and am just thankful I hadn’t paid in advance!
