I had brow lamination for the first time and was a little nervous about what it would look like but I’m so pleased with the results. Nina took excellent care and paid real attention to detail and I left with gorgeous, natural looking brows and I don’t need brow pencil anymore! Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The lashes were not fixed properly and the owner blamed this on my natural lashes. I returned and the issue was fixed twice with the latter being successful. The owner then proceeded to send me unprofessional messages and cancelling my fully prepaid appointment saying they cannot offer “free weekly top ups” which I would never expect or request as that’s just ridiculous. They are really hard to communicate with and have minimal understanding and communication skills.

The girls are just lovely and it’s a really nice atmosphere so I hate to criticise anything but I have had an issue with the quality of my nails.
I had a full set here previously. After leaving I realise my nails were lumpy and didn’t look good.
This time, 6 nails cracked in the middle a few days after getting them done. When I got them repaired the person told me it was because too much acrylic gel was used on the tips and not enough on my nail. For the price, it’s disappointing.
