I was booked for gel polish pedicure which was quick and no issue there but seemed like not a lot of experience in acrylic nails. They were so bulky and uneven like haven’t been finished filling and buffing. Had to get them finished somewhere else and they look so different and beautiful now. I am acrylic and gel polish nail trained as well and this wasn’t anything I expected to pay for what was done. Even the girl who saw my nails thought I did them myself at home, and let me tell you if I’d do them myself at home I’d do better job. At the end of my session she asked if I was happy but kept saying how she thinks it’s so beautiful and how happy she is with the results. To be honest I didn’t even feel comfortable to tell her what she can’t see - like can’t you see yourself how they look? I felt she aggressively asked me - do I like them? Like being offended. And I said it’s so much different what I normally get. I think if she would be much nicer clients can be more comfortable around her and tell the issue. I’ve asked once if she going to file them down like they are not finished she just buff them real quick which didn’t make any difference to being bulky and uneven. Definitely not going back there again.

I cannot recommend enough Nails and the City. My acrylics lasted longer than any other salon. After 7 weeks I visited again to remove them and have a new set. Again my experience was amazing! Thank you very much!
