Had booked via the treatwell app two appointments for an express gel polish hands and feet. Received a phone call ten minutes before my booked appointment, initially stating that they were fully booked and too busy that day to do my treatment. But then was told that I needed to schedule in for a full manicure as the express gel was unsuitable for me. Very reluctantly Nian agreed to do the appointment I had but they should not offer services they are unhappy to honor. made to feel very unwelcome.

Most professional nail salon I've ever been to. The salon was clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. Nian did an awesome job with my nails and I am really happy with the result! She is talented and knowledgeable! Definitely will be returning!

I needed a new place and my friend recommended here. I am really happy I found this salon! Nian did my nails exactly as I wanted them, perfectly straight and square. This place is super clean and everyone is friendly. Tons of colours to choose from! Highly recommend this place!
