I have no words to describe the amazing service I received today. From the first second until the last, Nian made sure to make me feel comfortable with great conversations and perfect nail service. We had a good laugh and I instantly felt at ease with her. Not to mention how in love I am with my nails! Will be back for another manicure soon.

This is without a doubt my favourite nail salon in Birmingham. Tastefully furnished and spotless - I value the level of hygiene and appreciate knowing that everything used for my manicure had been disinfected specifically for me. A visit to Nail and the City is a treat for myself that I look forward to before each visit!

Always exceptional. Friendly and professional service, but also fun. The time passes quickly and my nails always look amazing. Great location in the centre of Birmingham , easy to find and the salon itself is really beautiful and private. Would definitely recommend Nails and the City.
