Appointment is required (call in advance or check online), this is a busy place! And I can see why. The service was great, very friendly and efficient. I managed to get an appointment for a gel extension set. Nian did a wonderful job!

This is my new mail salon in Birmingham. I’ve been to other locations plenty of times but this is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to- the end to end experience is top notch. Super friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable space, great ambiance, and highest quality nail extension and nail design I’ve had.

Such a beautiful, clean and professional nail salon in Birmingham. Definitely felt the prices were fair. You can book your appointment online or over the phone. They have multiple types of pedicures, manicures and techniques for nail extensions. Everyone wore a mask. Me and my mum were excited with our nails and the ladies, because they were so kind and attentive! We will definitely be returning and we recommend it to everyone that wants a high quality service!

I love Nails and the City! You're guaranteed a great and clean experience. The polish bottles are always clean, there is a large variety of color choices, is better to book your appointment, because they are really busy. The staff is friendly and professional! They never disappoint!
