Booked a take off and full set of acrylics. Michael spent 45mins removing my nails and Tracy then told me she could not fulfil the rest of the booking as it would take too LONG !

Always been great until a terrible experience today where a paid appt not honoured. Been my favourite local salon since opening - even yesterday I had a good pedi. Really unfortunate issue today and handling of it by the salon and app, who refuse to speak to one another or to sort refund. Given false info by salon to call TW. They refuse to handle or call salon. Meanwhile I am out of pocket, wasted an hour of my time and never got the treatment I paid for and planned day around.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I am really disappointed with the quality of work. I was going to an occasion and I asked her if the gel polish last at least 5 days and she said, I can use it for 2-3 weeks but in 2 days, it start peeling… even I use a basic polish, it could stay more than 2 days.
