There were only 2 people working and they had 3 appointments for 2.30pm which had caused some confusion and another customer was asked to come back 20 mins later which then resulted in my pedicure being rushed (was supposed to be about an hour for the luxury package but was done in 20 mins). Everyone was given different instructions regarding wearing a mask/ washing hands before touching the shellac nail choices. Was my first visit there and probably my last, wasn't as good as I was expecting.
