I had a pretty disappointing experience at this nail salon and felt the need to share my thoughts. First off, the technician who did my nails accidentally nipped two of my fingers with the electric filer. It wasn’t just a small mistake—it was painful and concerning. The worst part was realizing that the tools didn’t seem properly sanitized, which is a huge issue when it comes to hygiene. Unsanitary equipment can easily spread infections and diseases, and I left feeling uneasy.
