I had a pedicure here recently and unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the service. My toenails were cut very close to the base, and the file was even used on my nail beds, it was painful. Now my nail beds are exposed and quite sensitive, they have been throbbing for hours. The heel filing also didn’t feel very thorough, as my heels are still quite rough. The staff was polite, but my treatment felt very rushed and careless. I was hoping for a gentler and more professional experience.
