I explained that I have thin nails that split up the middle and ask them to not use the electric file. The young man ignored me. I asked him again and he grabbed my hand and held it tight. I said that if he didn’t stop, I would not come back again and he stopped at that point and deferred to the woman next to him who then agreed for him to stop. He left my nails rough and unfinished and told me that if I didn’t want them to use the electric file, that I should go to another salon in the future.

I’ve been coming here for a while now for my BIAB nails and gel pedicures, and I love it. The team are always so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they take such great care with every appointment. My BIAB nails always look beautiful, last really well, and the attention to detail is amazing. The pedicures are so relaxing, and I leave feeling pampered. The salon is clean, comfortable, and has such a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend them.
