My appointment started right in time. I was lead to the little room and left to disrobe. There was no privacy towel, which I thought was weird. My treatment was done in 13 minutes, and was better more thoroughly done than many other places do with 35 minutes. There was no oil at the end to keep any excess wax from sticking, but turned out I didn't need any. AND my therapist had great advice for me on how to avoid in-grown hairs.
