They did not look at the booking system and originally thought I was coming at 6:15 and thought it was for 6:30… so it took 15 minutes of waiting. Then, she used strip wax when I booked hot wax. The first pass killed, and then she apologised after she switched to hot wax. Meanwhile, I was left with a bruise. If you are going to use a booking system at least check what the customer has booked. There is no excuse for not using the hot wax from the get go.
