Good removal that did not destroy my natural nails. She also included cutting and shaping my nails and added clear nail polish which was great customer service. Clean and beautiful interior

Lashes are glued to my eyelids instead of each eyelash. The therapist left me alone for 40min to do other customer's foot are and she ended my session 30min late. She left the glue on my nose whole time which terribly stung and hurt my nose. During removal process she rubbed too strong with very strong volatile chemicals which hurt a lot. She roughly touches my lashes so much with her unsanitized hands. She doesn't wash or sanitize her hands after touching her phone or doing something else.
