I wish I would have asked the name of my nail technician as she was amazing! They are perfect. I went somewhere else in Elmers End last time and he made my toe bleed and made the the wrong shape despite showing him a picture. I will be back!

I had a great experience with William but very disappointed when leaving to be told I had to pay an additional charge which I was not made aware of at the time. If certain colours, styles cost more the customer should be told & made aware!

Great BIAB, strong attention to detail in getting the shape right and perfectly matched the art I wanted. Bit of a wait for staff, even though I had an appointment and got there right after opening, but great service.
