I had a great experience with William but very disappointed when leaving to be told I had to pay an additional charge which I was not made aware of at the time. If certain colours, styles cost more the customer should be told & made aware!

Great BIAB, strong attention to detail in getting the shape right and perfectly matched the art I wanted. Bit of a wait for staff, even though I had an appointment and got there right after opening, but great service.

Was seen 35 minutes after my appointment time. Wasn’t asked shape or length of my nail. It was just shortened and then asked if that was okay. Used the electric file too hard and made my little finger bleed. Was too late to then get my toes done
