Staff were so friendly and nice! They were very attentive and offered us some Prosecco which was a lovely touch for my mother in law. She felt very pampered for Mother’s Day present. Had a great range of nail polish colour to choose from. The hand scrub left our hands feeling very soft and smelled lovely. If there was anything that could be improved upon would be the hand massage was a little longer and a warm mitten would have been a nice touch.

Terrible manicure. They have no clue on what normal manicure should look like. It was so bad that I decided not to do gel, although I already payed for it. I ask for normal polish, which is cheaper, but they DENIED! Unbelievable 🙈I left with very bad unhealthy nails, that they did and no coverage at all
