Really unhappy with the whole experience. The male nail technician who did my toes was rough with me and did not communicate. He did not shape or trim the nails. He began to do my finger nails but again did not ask about shape, length etc and I had to remind him several times.
My nails have been done for around 3 hours now and are already looking messy with gel stuck to the skin around my nails.
I was then almost overcharged £10 at the end of the appointment for a service I didn’t have.
