Had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time due to walk ins. The lady who did my nails seemed like she did not want to be there and made me wait for her multiple times whilst she just scrolled on her mobile phone. When she did the french she didn’t ask me what colour I wanted for the base and said they only have one shade which did not match my skin tone. Disappointed with the poor service, would not recommend unfortunately.
