Cut far too deep with the cuticle cutters, no soaking of the skin so it was hard dry cuticle, making it more painful. She also didn't cut enough away, rather than going around the full nail, just selected places to cut. Uneven paint application too

Nail files for the machine were not properly cleaned. Cuticle was not cut nicely. My finger bled a little. Not going to come back.
