Not the normal friendly reception - I had never met the person who did my nails before. I didn’t find her very helpful. I explained I found the treatwell Nails First options difficult to follow but she didn’t seem interested in helping.
The gel removal was completely mechanical and I felt she went too close to the nails as they feel very vulnerable. Also I ask for my nails to be shortened, which, with only a little filing, didn’t really happen.
