The shop and ambience were lovely. Clean and neat. However I was left with a caricature of BIAB nails, thick and badly shaped. If someone is in training and needs to improve their skills, the shop should have made the customer aware beforehand and either charged less than the usual £60 or given the option to have an experienced employee giving the service. It is not very fair.
