I’ve visited this place before for a gel manicure multiple times, but this time I booked in for biab and was very disappointed and upset. They told me they didn’t have the products to do biab colour, mid through taking off my biab. I had no choice but to continue with what they had started. The finished product was rushed nails as they wanted to close, not a day later, my nails chipped. Only a day!!! I called and the owner was very rude and not understanding. Horrible customer service!

This is the best place ever. My nails last for ages, the staff work hard and are very accommodating. The Manager is super polite and always trying his best to make sure everyone is seen to. He always asks how you are when you walk in, even when under pressure. Things like that, they make a difference.
